DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DRIVING?
Unlike many other schools, we do not require any previous experience. Beginners are more than welcome!
DO I HAVE TO DO THE CLASSROOM IF I HAVE MY PERMIT?
Yes. The classroom is not about learning the rules. It is about learning how to apply them. In the classroom we learn about the most important tool you have in both learning how to drive and continuing to drive safely - your eyes. I will give you exercises to do as a passenger to get a head start on safety. When my students do the exercises it takes us a lot less time and stress to learn the basics and we are able to learn defensive driving techniques.
DO YOU PICK UP?
Usually - No. If you have no mode of transportation there is a travel charge. However, we discourage pickups because there are specific areas around our office where we can safely learn specific skills. Many of our lessons are in town and if a pickup is necessary we lose valuable time going to and from the pickup location. If pickup is needed please call us for rates.
WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
Our Classroom Instructor regularly runs both Group and Private Permit Test Prep Sessions and Defensive Driving Course (DDC) - Point Reduction Group Sessions according to demand. See our Calendar below or call Ruza at (304) 433 1030 to learn more.
Driving lessons are less available due to high demand. We are usually prebooked about two months in advance, even longer in summer - so make sure you book a slot ahead of time. Call or text Kay for details: (304) 279 1067.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
We have availability 8 AM- 8 PM seven days a week. Keep in mind there isn't always someone at our office! All lessons and courses are by appointment only.
DO WE USE OUR OWN VEHICLE?
No. Our vehicle has dual brakes for safety.
DO YOU PROVIDE A VEHICLE FOR THE TEST?
Usually my students use their own vehicle for the test as they are more comfortable with it. If they don't have a choice then they can use my vehicle.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A deposit of $25 is required for all appointments. Refunds are issued if cancelled within 24 Hours.
